Please understand if you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent/guardian present for the entire meeting. The session cannot go ahead without them. If you are under the age of 23, please have your ID available to show you are over 18. Apologies it is a strict legal requirement!

3. Read the Frequently Asked Questions here

Skim through and click on the questions which you find relevant. The most common question I get is "how long/how many sessions will it take for me to recover?", this is answered in the FAQ. Im happy to elaborate on anything from the FAQ over in session, but please ensure you've read the FAQ answer first!

4. Click here to learn how your pelvis works

This page has several videos explaining how your pelvis works. You dont need to memorise or completely understand these videos. However just being familiar with the content will help you understand/comprehend the biomechanical assessment.

5. Click here to learn how the 10 stage program/treatment over zoom works

A few videos explaining the zoom process!

6. Please prepare any/all questions you have about OP, your case or my program.

- Any questions you have about your case, how i work, things you've dont understand about your body and your issues etc. you should prepare before hand.

- Click here for some questions i think are important to consider

- 30 min is an extremely short period of time> if you're organised with exactly what you need to know, we should have time to answer all your questions and get through the entire assessment!
